I was referred to the Plan Man by my cousin who had just finished their plan with their carpenter and lumberyard.  She said it was a real pain to get the process completed and then still did not have plans that were sufficient for the building permits.  We were going to use the same carpenter and lumberyard, as we are in a rural area.  The Plan Man completed our project in a timely manner and did a terrific job on our plan.  I would suggest the Plan Man to anyone getting ready to build.
